What the flags mean. Uncited claims are sentences with empirical wording (studies show, has been shown, recent work, a percentage) and no \cite. Named works are "Author et al." or "Author (1999)" mentions with no \cite. Short sections have under 60 words of prose. Unproved statements are theorem, lemma or proposition blocks with no proof after them. Markers are TODO, TBD, placeholder and similar. Missing keys are \cite keys with no bibliography entry.
Score. Flags per thousand words, weighted toward uncited claims and markers, plus a penalty for long documents with no citations at all. It ranks where to look first; it does not grade the writing. Drafts that appear more than once under different names are each scanned.
